Palate
A rich, full, comforting mouthfeel of pure silky pleasure. One wants to hold this luxurious wine in one's mouth forever. The flavors evolve from creamy plum flan to more complex hints of tobacco, cedar and incense. Have we ever made such a pleasing, soothing, well balanced wine? I think not.
