Intrada is a Bordeaux-style Sauvignon Blanc with a small percentage of Sémillon added to the blend that varies from year-to-year based on the characteristics of the vintage. Though not as aromatic as Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon imparts structure and density, enhancing the mouthfeel and lending an “oily” sensation on the palate. Additionally, the Sémillon helps balance acidity and allows flavors and aromas to deliver a more lasting impression.
