Nose
It has a complex nose of cooked blackberries, leather, sousbois and sandalwood.
Palate
This wine has a lovely velvety attack, elegant mid-palate that tapers to a long, chocolatey finish. Enjoy through 2018. May need decanting due to light sediment.
Appearance
The 1989 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby-red color with a brick edge.
