Nose
It has a nose of cassis, violet, earth and roasting coffee.
Palate
This wine has a lovely texture, a medium mid-palate full of blackberry and baking spice flavors and a long finish with a slight grip. It is drinking well now and will continue to give pleasure through 2018, given proper cellaring.
Appearance
The 1995 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark ruby-red color.
