The 2014 vintage featured a steady growing season rewarding us with a distinctly aromatic vintage. The warm summer helped to concentrate the fruit, resulting in an abundant harvest. While previous vintages of Chardonnay were restrained upon release, this wine is uniquely expressive.
Bottled May 2015.
100% barrel fermented.
Aged surlies 7 months in 60% new French oak.
Pairs well with delicate fish dishes such as Dover sole with lemon beurre blanc.
