That warmth of terroir shows in the 2008 Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon in the form of boysenberry aromatics, a touch of mint, rich cocoa and luxurious mouth-filling tannins.

Growing Conditions

1,200-1,800 ft. vineyard elevation. Imagine a dusty white moonscape, covered in warm light, on the side of a mountain and you’ll get a sense of the volcanic aftermath that is Diamond Mountain.

Harvest

hand-harvested, low yields of 2.5 tons per acre.
