Palate

When most people think north, they think cold, but in Napa Valley north means warm. Diamond Mountain is perfectly positioned to take advantage of this warmth and the rivers of volcanic soil that run through the mountain. Thus, our northernmost appellation in Lokoya’s lineup is defined by a unique combination of warmth, volcanic soils, and altitude. These characteristics show in the unique combination of juicy dark boysenberry, mint, and toast that plays out in a glass of Lokoya Diamond Mountain.
