Nose
This Revana Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of the 2003 vintage showing off ripe black cherry and cassis aromas. The purity of fruit is very enticing, with underlying layers of smoky, toasted French oak that add an accent of complexity.
Palate
Round and rich in the mouth with gobs of fruit, silky tannins, wonderful structure and length. The flavors last a long time on the palate. The 2003 is consistent from start to finish with wonderful symmetry between nose and palate.
