Palate
This vintage exhibits the curious duality of being both gentle and firm. The generous and open introduction leads to a structured, focused finish. Upon release, this wine was tight and reserved; after five years it matured into a compelling expression of white chocolate and boysenberries. The lingering finish features chalky tannins.
