Palate
The elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon meets the earthiness & tobacco, cedar notes of Cabernet Franc- its parent. The close relationship of these two varietals creates a wine that smoothly glides through your palate. Drinkable upon release. Age worthy for another decade or more.
Growing Conditions
Cabernet Sauvignon is grown at the organically grown O’Connell Family Estate Vineyard Creek Block, prized for its ability to harmonize the flavor components into a seamless integrated tasting experience- smooth and elegant. The Cabernet Franc comes from Oakville, where warm daytime temperatures ripen the fruit to express the rich earthiness of the varietal.
