Palate
Complex minerality with underlying cassis, thyme and lavender. Drinkable NOW. Lovely to drink for 2-3 years because it is Cabernet!
Growing Conditions
2014 was another ideal year that created beautifully structured wines. The O’Connell Family Estate Vineyard is in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, that benefits from the cool down effect of late morning fog from the San Francisco Bay. The result is crisp acidity. The warm daytime temperatures slowly ripen the fruit for layers of red fruit deliciousness.

Aging

Food Pairing
