Palate

Dark red fruit balance, fine and focused tannins, and beautiful length.

Growing Conditions

1,000-2,100 ft. vineyard elevation. Geologically, Spring Mountain is different than the other mountains, with sedimentary (ocean bottom) soils, a system of underground water sources, and its many angles to the sun; it has a unique place in the lineup of Lokoya wines.

Harvest

hand-harvested, low yields of 2 tons per acre.
