Cassis, dark chocolate and hints of violets.


Ripe plum, black currant and blackberrry laced with minerality. Earthy, with hints of forest floor and black tea. Lovely mocha on the finish.


The estate-grown fruit is all hand-harvested, cold soaked on skins and then aged for 18 months in 60% new French Oak primarily from Baron, Taransaud, Seguin Moreau, Saury and Boutes.
