On the palate, it is rich and round with luscious plum and berry flavor and toasty oak that lingers on the finish.

Growing Conditions

Our Cabernet Franc is made from grapes grown from the B.R. Cohn Olive Hill Estate, located in the heart of Sonoma Valley near Glen Ellen. This warm growing location provides a perfect climate for growing this classic Bordeaux varietal.

Food Pairing

Great paired with carne asada with grilled onions and peppers, beef stew, grilled beef and spicy chicken, or Szechuan tofu.
