Flavors of cherry and cranberry mix with supple tannin and bright acidity on the palate.

Growing Conditions

Trestle Glen is the closest vineyard to Sonoma Mountain, which acts as a protective buffer to coastal fog so the grapes get more sun exposure making for ideal Cabernet growing conditions. It is also near Sonoma Creek which provides soil filled with rocks and high in mineral content.

Food Pairing

Perfect with corned beef brisket, Passover lamb shank, or beef and barley stew.
