The Notch opens with a powerful bouquet of red fruit notes and spice. This Merlot-based blend features decadent notes of Luxardo cherry syrup, graham cracker pie crust, mountain sage, and wild fennel on a plush profile that evolves into a velvety finish. A significant amount of our ripest estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is used for support, adding dimension and structure while maintaining a rich mouthfeel.
