Each cellar treatment lends its own character to the wine and the end result is a layered sauvigonon blanc with richness and finesse, hints of green apple and grapefruit, vanilla and a subtle minerality.

This Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is fermented three ways: in stainless steel, neutral oak and a concrete egg fermenter.


Barrel portion was aged for 3 months in neutral and stainless steel barrels.
