Falanghina is a summer time must have. This gorgeous Italian varietal has a pale yellow hue, showcasing bright aromatics of passionfruit, honeysuckle, and citrus. The TerracesChardonnay

With a pale yellow hue and aromas of yellow apple, D'Anjou pear, pineapple, and a hint of sweet woody vanilla the 2018 Chardonnay is a Terraces favorite. The palate has bright acidity, with complex flavors of fresh green apple, peach, tropical fruit, light toasty oak, and wet stone. The vibrant mouthfeel showcases surprising weight and richness with a lingering finish. Drink now or cellar for 8-10 years.

The Petite Sirah is proving to be as complex as it is rich, offering everything one loves about this varietal. The inky hue invites you into the glass with aromas of ripe blackberry, blueberry and savory bacon with a touch of brown baking spice. The palate features rich black cherry, blackberry and red plum complimented by dark chocolate with hints of espresso and spice. This full bodied wine is highlighted by balanced mouth-coating tannin, and bright acidity with a finish that lingers.

The TerracesSparkling Apple Cider

When we started to play around with hard cider from our existing orchards several years ago, we determined that more "cider" apple trees would be required to create something great, so we've been hard at work planting dozens of heritage trees to improve our blend. These young trees are now coming into production and add layers of different aromas and flavors, as well as increasing our production so that we can finally release a cider commercially. We can't wait to share our creation with you! The Terraces Sparkling Hard Cider has a pale straw hue, with inviting aromas of fresh crisp apples & light citrus notes that jump from the glass. The palate highlights the complexity of heritage cider apples while showcasing crisp acidity, a long lasting creamy texture and a dry finish. Produced in the style of very dry fine sparkling wine, this cider is in fact more like a fine Champagne than any cider we have tasted.
