Nose
This wine has a lovely nose of berry compote, and dried rose.
Palate
It has a rich, creamy, tart attack, full body and a long, smooth finish with a hint of tannic grip. Enjoy now through 2017. May need decanting due to light sediment.
Appearance
The 1982 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium-plus ruby to brick-red color.
