Palate
This wine has a light body with blackberry and nutmeg apparent in the long, elegant finish. This Cabernet is just past its prime and would be best enjoyed now. May need decanting due to light sediment.
Appearance
The 1975 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby-red color with some browning.
