Nose

Notes of eucalyptus, lilac and rose hips. Hints of black olive and deep plum round out the bouquet.

Palate

Generous mouthfeel on the palate reveals deep blue fruit, toasted brioche, toffee, baking chocolate and clove.

Growing Conditions

Extremely limited irrigation to encourage vine stress; 100% Estate Grown Fruit; Clone 7 and Clone 337 (All St Helena AVA).

Harvest

Whole cluster hand-sorted.

Winemaking

Five day cold-soak prior to 14-16 day whole berry
fermentation.

Aging

20 Months in French Oak, 12 Months bottle aging.
