Generous notes of plum, tea, and baking spice framed by elements of graphite and bramble with a plush
mouth feel and extended finish.

Growing Conditions

Extremely limited irrigation to encourage vine stress; 100% Estate Grown Fruit; Clone 7
and Clone 337 (All St Helena AVA).

Harvest

Whole cluster hand-sorted.

Winemaking

Five day cold-soak prior to 14-16 day whole berry
fermentation.

Aging

20 Months in French Oak,
12 Months bottle aging.
