Palate
The palate has an exhilarating zing that nonetheless maintains the opulence that is characteristic of this inimitable grape variety. Loads of mineral, floral and stone-fruit flavors make for a classic Viognier.
Growing Conditions
The 2012 vintage was a near-perfect vintage where Mother Nature gave us almost nothing to worry about!. Our first offering from this vintage displays a stylistic change that we've been working toward over the past couple of years – expressive, intense varietal fruit balanced by a brighter acidity and lower overall alcohol than our Viognier has displayed in the past. The results are thrilling.
