Palate

This mountain-grown “super-Tuscan” is more than a mouthful, with wild berries, rich, ripe plums, hints of vanilla and leather and an amazing mid-palate that continues to evolve with incredible clarity and a luxurious finish.

Growing Conditions

Always very limited in production, the Sangiovese took a particularly hard hit in 2004, when wet spring conditions resulted in lower yields.
