Nose

As this rich claret blend begins to open, the aromas offer a profusion of ripe berries and saddle leather.

Palate

Tannins are soft and chewy while the mid-palate is round and lush, almost sweet, and explosive with flavors of currant and chocolate, which resolve into dark-roasted coffee elements in the super-long finish. Delicious upon release, ten years bottle age will allow this wine to reach its full potential.
