SMALL PRODUCTION DISTINCTIVE CABERNET SAUVIGNONS The Gabrielle Collection is a winery that produces a collection of handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignons, which bring out the diverse personalities of the noble Cabernet grape through artful blending. Each wine has a distinctive label that symbolizes a specific aspect of Winemaker, Gabrielle Leonhard O’Connell, philosophy: taste the vintage, varietal character and sense of place through the winemaker’s artistic point of view to create artful blended, food driven, and exquisitely balanced wines.

CASK 321 History: Equilateral Cask 321 Cabernet Sauvignon is a signature wine for Vintner, Gabrielle Leonhard. Her first release- a 350 case production of the 03 vintage- was a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. Cask 321 symbolizes the blend ratio, which will remain the same evermore. “GABRIELLE LIMITED Cabernet Sauvignons represent my expression of classic Cabernet blends that capture individual varietal character and Napa’s varied terroir with the goal of producing wines of exquisite balance and finesse.” – Gabrielle

Exclusive wines, handcrafted in very small lots, available only from the Winery This brawny, bold yet elegantly finessed Cabernet Sauvignon was inspired by a stunning Venetian blown glass stallion; its mane and hoofs encrusted with sterling silver. Vintner, Wayne O’Connell, a 4th generation rancher whose grandfather founded the California Cattleman’s Association, had to have it! He named it Silver Stallion and declared,” I will have a wine named after this amazing statue to honor my heritage.” Each bottle is hand numbered.

A classic Old World style Napa Valley Cabernet in the style when Cabernets were all about terroir and a great food wine. Its moderate alcohol level allows the wine to show off its flavors, structure and acidity. It is a wine with a linear structure that clearly defines its presence.

Following the heritage that Pietro represents to our family, our Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in the great soils of the classic, historic California Cabernet Sauvignon growing regions: Napa Valley and Lake Country, resulting in a North Coast designation.
