Growing Conditions
Although Pinot Meunier is one of three major varietals in crafting super-premium wines, it is typically part of an overall blend. Alone this varietal is delightfully expressive. To highlight its personality, this unique creation was produced, in limited quantities, as a still white wine, a Blanc de Noir.

It will be an excellent companion to grilled seafood parties, poultry, and spicy Asian dishes.
