Nose

This wine has
gorgeous fruit, with notes of strawberry, raspberry,
yellow peach, and orange. Thirty-nine months on the
yeast lend aromas of biscuit and toasted bread.

Palate

The wine
has a frothy mousse, with juicy, ripe strawberry and
peach notes. The yeasty toastiness leads into a long, rich,
and creamy finish.

Growing Conditions

Each year, we select the best lots from our Carneros
estate vineyard, Devaux Ranch, to create a blend that
highlights its special terroir. We invite you to share in our
first-ever Devaux Ranch Blanc de Noirs, a blend
highlighting the power and finesse of Pinot Noir as a
white sparkling wine.

Winemaking

We pick our Devaux Ranch grapes by hand at
night during the cool morning hours to ensure they
arrive at the winery in pristine condition.Varieties are
kept separate and fermented at cool temperatures in small
stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit
intensity.

Aging

A few selected lots are aged in French oak
barrels to add depth, complexity and spiciness to the final
blend. Our 2012 Devaux Ranch spent 39 months en
tirage, which fostered its wonderful complexity and rich,
creamy character.

Appearance

The golden color of this wine, with just a touch
of copper, hints at its Pinot Noir origin.

Food Pairing

With a November release, this wine is out just
