The aromatics exhibit dense, rich and dark fruit components. Before the wine even touches the lips, it seems to scream that it will be this bold, blockbuster wine packed with energy.
Loaded with structure but never missing the signature finesse and elegance in the finish of a "Melka Wine", this offering from our Estate vineyard is a true reflection of a great vintage. Recommended to decant.
Montbleau Vineyard is situated on the western side of St. Helena on gentle sloping hills of Glass Mountain off the Silverado Trail. The soil is fractured bedrock with heavy loamy and glass sediments.
