Very fresh and vibrant nose, ripe blackberries, white and black freshly cracked peppercorns, and earthenware notes.

Palate

Great entry on the palate to spicy harmonies. Exotic with a combination of black and red licorice and cinnamon stick that leads to a long finish.

Winemaking

15% whole cluster, open top fermentation.

Aging

10 months in terra cotta amphora.
