Nose
The first aromas are ripe Bing cherry, raspberry and boysenberry mingling with clove, nutmeg and truffle notes and a subtle earthy quality.
Palate
Cherry and raspberry flavors continue onto the palate where the structure is firm and round. Fine grain tannins that linger on the finish will continue to develop as the wine ages.
