This wine opens with a nose of delicate and elegant florals highlighted by kumquat, quince, and nectarine.


Fine bubbles and bright acidity are complemented by ginger, hazelnut, and minerality.


The second fermentation occurs in the bottle and the ageing process begins, where the wine will spend a minimum of 49 months on the yeast lees.
