California bay and dry sage aromatics.
Palate
As with all of our Yorkville Highland Syrah bottlings, the wine has a savory, umami component. Mineral graphite and dark red and black fruit flavors. The finish has firm, dusty tannins with nuances of forest floor and camphor.
Growing Conditions
This vineyard has been a consistent base for our Les Voisins bottling. As the vines have aged, the wine is beginning to emerge as a prominent wine in our single vineyard portfolio.

100% Neutral oak, 100% Malolactic, 50% Whole Cluster
