Palate
A medium-bodied wine with ample texture in concentration but is kept taut and focused with bright acidity and mineral, saline qualities. Year in and out, this wine exhibits honeysuckle, floral, white lily notes with accents of Asian pear, lemon curd and watermelon rind flavors.
Growing Conditions
The Brosseau vineyard has the oldest chardonnay vines in our portfolio, this was the first vineyard designated chardonnay produced by Copain. Planted in decomposed granite and limestone, coupled with the age of the vines.

100% Neutral French Oak, 100% Malolactic
