Malbec is a joy to work with. When harvested early it provides the backbone for our delicious bone dry Vin Clair. A month or so later, it gains the flesh and structure that allow us to make our Estate Malbec, a delicious and complex wine that effortlessly straddles the line between hedonism and elegance. Its hedonistic aromas are accompanied by subtle tannins, a smooth mouthfeel, hints of clove, and a glorious long finish. That complexity will see you through when summer’s over and you’re in the mood for something more robust. Our 2016 Malbec is supremely moreish, so be sure you stock up because you and your friends will definitely want more! And should you be able to resist the urge to enjoy it now, our 2016 Malbec is easily ageable for a decade or more.
