This beautifully structured Sauvignon Blanc has a tropical nose and balanced acidity, along with a subtle spice and fig-like quality. The oak barrels bring a silky texture on the mouth and just the slightest hint of spice and vanilla.

Growing Conditions

The 2016 Napa Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our 3 clones sourced mostly from our Carsi Estate Vineyard in Yountville.


2 different cellar treatments were applied to the fermentation process: 87% stainless steel and 13% neutral oak barrels. The stainless steel tank preserves the fruit and soften the acidity.

Pairs wonderfully with a variety of light salads, chicken, and shellfish.
