Our Malbec grapes are grown at our 27-acre Carsi Vineyard estate in Yountville. Carsi is so named for the Italian village Vittorio Sattui emigrated from. Nestled in the hills, about an hour's drive north of Genoa and a two hour drive south of Milan, Carsi is a small and quaint little village with beautiful views of the Appenines.
The light spice in this wine pairs nicely with smokey cured beef, fajitas, and exotic dishes like lamb tajine.
