The Chardonnay grapes are blended from four sources Carsi Ranch in Yountville (45%), Huichica Vineyard (25%) and Hibbard Ranch (17%) in Carneros, and Covey Vineyard (13%) in Forestville.
Our Napa Valley Chardonnay has a fully-ripened style and moderate acidity, making it a good match with many foods, especially poultry, seafood and pork.
