Palate

Sweet honey and juicy ripe peach flavors with great balancing acidity.

Growing Conditions

Picked in late November when the "Noble Rot" causes the sugars to be at their peak. Grapes for this wine are left to hang on the vine a little longer, causing them to naturally dehydrate and give us a luscious, sweet dessert wine.
