On the palate, this wine is crisp and refreshing with enticing texture and a long, dancing finish.
Special rows of our grapes were selected for this wine early in the growing season by Jim Duane. In late August, ahead of the rest of harvest, these grapes were then picked from the vines in the cool of the early morning to preserve their freshness. Gentle whole-cluster pressing was used followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

This versatile wine will shine with food. Serve it chilled with seafood or sushi, or with salads—for example, salad niçoise, panzanella or even a salad of watermelon, goat cheese and arugula. It could also be paired with heartier dishes such as cioppino, bouillabaisse, Portuguese lamb stew, or stuffed tomatoes and couscous.
