Palate
A vibrant, full bodied, youthful Cabernet with firm tannin, rich fruitiness (plum, black currant, cherry), good balance, and a very long finish, displaying overtones of toast, spicy oak, tobacco, and black olive.
Aging
Unfined and unfiltered. 20 months in barrel. French and European oak is used exclusively.
