Growing Conditions

Extremely limited irrigation to encourage vine stress; 100% Napa Valley Fruit; Clone 4 and 337 (St Helena AVA), Clone 6 (Oak Knoll AVA) and Clone 169 (Calistoga AVA).

Whole cluster hand-sorted.

Winemaking

Five day cold-soak prior to 16 day whole berry
fermentation.

Aging

14 Months in 85% New French Oak, 12 Months bottle aging.
