Food Pairing
This robust yet balanced Cabernet would prove a delicious pairing for
dishes from the grill, such as grilled pork chops or chicken with wild mushrooms and
red chard. For a delightful cheese course, try this wine with Beecher’s Marco Polo, a
hard cow’s milk cheese enhanced with peppercorn from Seattle, Washington.
