Palate

Incredible umami mid-palate with fresh porcini and roast beef au jus finishes back to fresh blackberry and coffee.

Growing Conditions

The 2012 growing season was textbook perfect - no heat-spikes or rain, sunny days and cool nights - creating a wine with rich tannin, great balance, and excellent cellaring potential.
