Palate
The backbone of the wine comes from the
Chardonnay, bringing with it some citrus and apple
notes. The Pinot Noir adds texture and red berry notes.
Finally the Pinot Menuier brings some spiciness with
notes of rhubarb and blood orange.
Growing Conditions
An assemblage of the three
main Champagne region varietals, Chardonnay, Pinot
Noir and Pinot Meunier, this still wine is like a ripe
sparkling without the bubbles. Our rosé has an
eye-catching pink coral color, robust fruit flavors and
an elegant finish.
Bottling
This wine is bottled
under a crew cap closure designed to preserve the
freshness of the fruit, and is intended to be enjoyed in
its youth.
Food Pairing
This rosé will be an excellent companion to
grilled veggies and seafood, fresh salads, and simple
finger food like nachos and wings.
