Freshness bursts into great length in the mouth. Subtle, rich bubbles that blossom into a wonderfully round finish.

Winemaking

Crafting is a long and complex process pf which every step is fundamental to the Cuvee's quality and perfection. In order for each terroir to express its individuality, the grape varieties of the 77 Crus that are used to make G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon (Montaigne de Reims, Grande Valllee de la Marne, Vallee de l'Ardre, Cote des Blancs, Sezannais and Cote des Bars) are pressed and vinified separately.
