Palate
Rich and complex aged flavors of nougat,
orange marmalade, honey, gingerbread and quince jam
highlight a creamy mid palate texture. A very crisp and
refreshing acidity, with a round supple mouthfeel
lingering to a very long and powerful finish. This wine
already displays a great intensity, and will age beautifully
for the next 10 to 15 years.
Winemaking
This wine was crafted for sparkling wine
aficionados who like a lot of power and depth in their
wines. Atypical from the style of other sparkling wines
