Lemon tart, citrus blossom, and jasmine on the nose.

Palate

Fresh mandarin, lemon, and toasted almonds on the palate.

Growing Conditions

Some say, “Cab is King” in Napa Valley but that’s because they
haven’t tried our Estate Pinot Grigio. Luna was the first winery to
plant the Italian varietal, Pinot Grigio along the Silverado Trail and
we are certainly proud of our history and our signature wine.

Our vineyard is located in the southern end of Napa Valley known
for providing excellent growing conditions for white wines. Its
proximity to the San Francisco Bay provides morning fog and cooling
afternoon breezes, both beneficial to retention of Pinot Grigio’s
delicate fruit and acidity.

Winemaking

Low temperature fermentation in neutral barrels.

Aging

Lees aging for five months.

Food Pairing

Fresh burrata, tomme, shellfish dishes, grilled vegetables, sunshine
