Growing Conditions

Our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is named after our suave, dapper and much beloved patriarch. The volcanic soil and rocky terrain on Atlas Peak present challenging growing conditions which result in complex and nuanced Bordeaux varietals. Like its’ namesake, Pere is elegant and will age gracefully.


Fermented in open top macro bins.


Barrel aged in French oak for 25 months. Racked three times during aging.
