Growing Conditions

Baker’s chocolate, fine tobacco leaf, and dark cherry notes make up the aromatic profile. Finely rounded tannins carry fresh red berries, dried cranberry, and an undercurrent of spice. Good to drink now and will cellar well for the next 15-25 years.
